    Thanks for everything.

I am trying the free version of BetterPayment.

In the BetterPayment block in the Elementor editor, I went to “Email Settings” -> switch to the Customer tab -> under “Attachment” I selected a PDF file. (because it said “Allowed file types: jpg, jpeg, png, pdf” at the bottom)

However, when I uploaded the PDF from the media library, no thumbnail was displayed, so I either clicked the “Select” button or specified the URL using “Insert from URL”.

With this setting, I checked the operation, but the PDF was not attached to the email.

Other image files were able to be attached.

Is PDF attachment not available for now?

    Thank you in advance.

I am Japanese and my English may be strange.

    Hi @1wweb,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

I just checked by adding a PDF file as an attachment. I found the PDF file shared as an attachment to the customer. You can check this screenshot. You can try once from your end as well. Let us know if you are facing any issues.

And for the attachment PDF preview on the Editor Panel, I found this issue. I am checking this issue with our Dev Team and hopefully, we will fix this as soon as possible. We will inform you, don’t worry.

Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback with us. We’re constantly working to improve our plugin and make it better for our users. If you have any feature requests or additional suggestions, please feel free to share them with us here. We’ll gladly review them and aim to implement those in future updates.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Thanks!

    Thanks for the quick response!

(I tried with the latest version: 1.2.2 of BetterPayment)

I tried again and the PDF was also attached!

There was no attachment PDF view in the editor panel, but it was attached to the email.

    Thanks.

Thank you for your quick response and action!

I tried it with the development version.

It showed the options as shown in the video.

I confirmed that the PDF was sent in both HTML and plain email.

    Perfect!
