Hi @aether16 ,
Thanks for reaching out!
If I understand correctly, adding items to the cart when logged in on WP admin, works as expected. However, when adding items to the cart on Chrome when NOT logged in to your WP admin, you are experiencing this issue, is that correct?
I have gone to your site and see what you mean, as the items are not being added to the cart. On my end, this issue occurs in various browsers, and is not isolated to Chrome.
This is not something I am able to reproduce on my test site which uses the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress, and has the default Storefront theme active.
I would recommend performing a full conflict test, in order to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts that may be causing this issue.
You can do this by following the steps outlined in the below support guide:
Should the issue persist, please can you share a copy of the following;
- System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?
Get system report
?and then?Copy for support
. - Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
Once you have these, please share them in your response here.
Cheers!

Hi @aether16 ,
It appears that the file you have shared is not working as expected on my end, this is what I see when trying to access this:
Please can you try re-sharing the System Status Report and Error log so that we can take a closer look?

Hi @aether16
Thanks for sharing the requested information above.
Checking your site’s Systems Status Report, these are what I see:
WP Memory Limit: 128 MB
As per WooCommerce Server Recommendations, the minimum server requirement for WP Memory Limit is at least 256 MB or greater. This is one of the most common WordPress errors, and you can easily fix it by increasing the PHP memory limit in WordPress. You can follow the solutions in the support documentation about Increasing the WordPress Memory Limit
Outdated Templates: ?
Please update outdated templates on your site by following our guide here: Fixing Outdated WooCommerce Templates
If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under
WooCommerce > Status > Logs
.You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
Meanwhile, I also would like to confirm if you’ve already performed the full conflict test as suggested by @beautyofcode above?
Thanks!
Hi @aether16 ,
Thanks for sharing the error log!
2023-04-04T08:45:44+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught TypeError: get_object_vars(): Argument #1 ($object) must be of type object, null given in /var/www/wptbox/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/inc/front/hustle-module-front-ajax.php:1052
It appears that there is an error being thrown by the WordPress Popup plugin however checking your SSR, there is no such plugin on your site.
I do however see that you have the Hustle: by WPMU DEV – 7.7.0 plugin which could be the cause of this specific error but notice that it is currently deactivated – so may not be the cause of the exact issue at hand since the issue persists with this plugin deactivated.
Please clarify if you have already performed a full conflict test, and done the steps suggested by @xue28 above (updating outdated templates and increasing WP Memory limit).
Looking forward to your response!
I am done with full conflict; updating outdated templates and increasing the WP memory limit are ongoing. I am messaging if I have done the two. thanks
Hi @aether16 ,
Great, thanks for clarifying!
Let us know how this goes, we’ll be happy to assist further should the issue persist.
Cheers!
Hi! i email woo commerce they said” I have checked and was able to reproduce the issue on your website.?
?
While reviewing your website’s System Status Report, I noticed that your current theme (Flatsome) overrides default WooCommerce pages related to Single Product, Cart, and Checkout pages which sometimes causes such issues.?“can anyone help me with this issue? thank you!
Hi @aether16 ,
Since the Flatsome theme has outdated templates, it’s possible that the issue could be resolved by updating the theme.
Please can you clarify if you have already updated the Flatsome theme to its latest version?
Should the issue persist with the latest version of the theme, the best way to determine if the issue is indeed being caused by the Flatsome theme would be to temporarily switch your theme to the default Storefront theme, and then navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:
- WooCommerce transients –
Clear
- Expired transients –
Clear
- Clear template cache –
Clear
.
Next, be sure to clear your browser cache, and then check the site again.
Note: It is always a good idea to ensure that you have a good?backup?of your?full site and database?in place before making any changes, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.
Let us know if this makes any difference!
I am done updating and try clear but still same issue

Hi @aether16 ,
flatsome/woocommerce/cart/cart.php
Please can you clarify if this issue is resolved when Storefront is active as your site’s theme so that we can rule this out as a theme-related issue, since Flatsome overrides the cart page template?
Also, please contact your host and ask them to make sure that your cart and checkout pages are excluded from being cached., as this could also be due to a caching issue.
Additionally, please can you navigate to WooCommerce → Settings →
Products
→ General and uncheck the Redirect to the cart page after successful addition option:Once you have saved those settings, can you see if items add to the cart successfully?
Cheers!
Hi @aether16
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please start a new topic.
