Thank you for reporting this. I looked into this for your and found that the import was stuck for some reasons. I fixed it for you so now importing should work as expected.

Please remember that without a paid Jetpack plan you are limited to 100 subscribers to import but if you need more, you need to pick a Jetpack plan. Let us know if you have questions about that.

Hmm, I do not see any stuck import processes on 500×20.prouespeculacio.org. Our logs show the last import 3 weeks ago – it was successful. Would you mind contacting us via contact form here and share the subscribers list that you are trying to add unsuccessfully? Please make sure to include a link to this thread.

Regarding the paid plans – upgrading to one of those If you upgrade your Growth,?Social,?Security, or?Complete will allow you to upload up to 10 000 subscribers. Please check the listed plans and let me know if you have any questions. Alternatively, please share the new features you’d be most interested in and we can help you find the best solution.

Once you hit the 100 subscriber limit on our free plan, you will need to purchase a paid plan. The lowest cost option is our Jetpack Growth plan.

To add the ability to use AI for text and image generation, you will need to add our AI Assistant plan.
