I can't add new menu – Please help!!

Hi, I started my blog about a week ago and everything seems to run smoothly, except for adding new menus to my page. The only menus that are working are the default Home and Sample page, I cant add new ones. I don’t get any error message or anything, it just doesn’t add to the Page bar when I type in a new menu name. I’ve tried to fix it for days without luck. This is extremely frustrating. Please anyone help me!!
