I can’t add menu in wordpress, when i add menu it’s nothing happen.

  • I can’t add a menu in WordPress. When I go to add menu and click the ‘add to menu’ button it’s nothing happens. I was using a Divi theme. I was thinking that the problem in the theme. Then I activated another theme, and the same problem is happening. Can you help me why the problem is happening? I have deleted browser cash and website cash, I have tried in many ways.. but I can’t find any way to solve this.

    Hi @anirban0184

    Remember to assign the menu to a ‘location’.
    When you’re in “Appearance –> Menus”, you’ll see “Menu Settings”, where you have the option to either add all pages automatically, or assign a menu to a specific location.

    This is usualy why people can’t get their menus to work properly.
    Let me know if the issues still persists.

    my problem is not that. i am not able to create menu… the problem is when i want to add menu item in menu… it not showing in menu item list.. and when i want to add menu item from customise there showing error..
