I can’t add custom products to the cart

Hi guys! I’m Jota from LaCamisaFutbolera, I use this free plugin in my store and I have an error that I can’t fix.

So that you have context I have in my football jerseys store:

1. Within the plugin I have a Group that affects all products (I think it is automatic and cannot be divided in the free version).

In this same Group I exclude the products that I do not need to have this customization group.

2. I add a different customization group to the product that is necessary.

What do I see happening? When a product is excluded from a group (1) and then I add a new group (2), the program breaks and does not allow the product to be added to the cart.

I have verified that if I remove one of the rules it works but… Why doesn’t it work with both rules? What can I do to make it work for me?
