    Hi everyone,

My shopping ad was stopped by merchant center because my products are missing (1)age group; (2)gender and (3)color.

To fix it, I have added all three information using feed manager, especially for (3), I have added all colors using attribute-color.

    (1) and (2) are solved quickly but for (3), I have tried re-generated feed many times but from xml that I have seen – color is not added to the feed. I double checked my feed manager and make sure color as a basic attribute is added to the feed.

What can I do to fix it?

    Thanks.

    Leo

    Hello Leo,

When the data is not showing up in the feed, the selection you made is likely the wrong one and is empty.

Is the color data added to your products using a third party plugin or are you using a standard attribute for that?

Could you also check if you can find any other color item in the source list and if you find one, please try that one.

Thank you Michel – you are amazing. I found another “color” and it seems to work now in xml.

However it is a bit confusing that I have found “attribute-color” which I think should be the one in the beginning.

Yes it’s sometimes confusing, but that is how it is stored in your database. And after getting reports from other users who got confused when I changed the titles, I choose to just let them keep the title under which they are stored in the database.

Third party plugins can even use more confusion with the names they use.

I’ll close your topic for now. Should you have any other issue or question, don’t hesitate to reopen it again.

    Have a nice day!
