• Hello !
The plugin works very well – but I started to have a problem because I can’t add an Attribute. When I add it, it doesn’t appear in the list at all after saving the changes.

Attributes added some time ago are visible, but I can’t add values to them – it looks as if the “add” button doesn’t work.

I had to disable this plugin for a while, if the problem is solved, I’ll be happy to enable it again ??

    Regards
    Basia

    Hi,

We are aware of this issue with the latest version of WooCommerce and we have fixed this problem in the Premium version.

We will keep checking on the free version and give the necessary update soon.

Thank you for bringing us this attention.

    Best regards.

Can you please provide a temporary snippet solution we can apply to the free version, ASAP? This problem is literally breaking our ability use it completely.

Thanks for the information about the problem. I hope that the problem will be solved as soon as possible because it is not possible to put items for sale at the moment.

@webogrify this can be temporarily circumvented in this way: when you list an item, disable the plugin – then you will be able to add attributes and variants according to the basic wordpress version. When you’re done, then you can turn on the plugin, which will make it look good from the outside (in the store). So you can disable the plugin while listing items in the store. It’s a bit of “fun” but as a temporary solution I think it’s ok ??
