I can't activate WP-Polls since WordPress 4.0.1

Is there any logs you can check when you activate the plugin? Fatal error is too vague for me to pinpoint anything.

Doesn’t seem to be plugin specific for the first error. You might want to Google for answers because I can activate just fine. https://www.google.com.sg/search?q=Call+to+undefined+function+add_action&oq=Call+to+undefined+function+add_action

Also ensure that the plugin is in the right folder. /wp-content/plugins/wp-polls/ and it is not being tested.

If it still does not work, deactivate the other plugins and switched to the default theme to see if it works.

The other errors can be ignored, just a warning.

Resolved adding php_value memory_limit 256M to my .htaccess file.
