I can't access /wp-admin/plugins.php page it redirects me to Redux about page

I can’t access https://example.com/wp-admin/plugins.php page, I’ve installed the plugin with theme I bought from themeforest, than I updated the plugin but result are the same.

Always I click on https://example.com/wp-admin/plugins.php it drives me to wp-admin/tools.php?page=redux-about!

Any solution?
