• Hello I am facing a very big problem, I am using the Pro version. I have a single user. However, I think I did something wrong in the Settings, the plugin does not appear anywhere, and when I manually type the link of the plugin, it says that I am not authorized to enter this page. I can’t access the plugin and view the plugins page, nor can I uninstall the plugin.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Unfortunately, it’s against www.remarpro.com forum rules to use these forums to provide support for paid plugins. If your issue is with the Pro version specifically, please use this contact form instead.

That said, both in the free version and in the Pro version, you can make WordPress deactivate the plugin by renaming the plugin directory in /wp-content/plugins from admin-menu-editor to something else, like admin-menu-editor-abc. This should at least allow you to access the “Plugins” page and uninstall the plugin.
