I can’t access my WordPress Dashboard

You can change the site URL directly from your Database. Open your database in PHPMyAdmin (or any similar interface provided by your host) and browse wp_options table (if your table prefix is other than wp_ then you will need to select table accordingly) and change the value for following data in the table:

Siteurl
Home

I’m also having a problem logging it. I go to https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin and then it asks for my user name and password which I put in, and then it says that its the wrong password, so then I put my email in the box to have it sent to me and says that my email (which i know should work) is not correct. please help. thanks ??
