I can't access my website on wordpress

I am new to wordpress so please help.
My website adress used to be https://anshalanish.com/wordpress and I went to my settings and changed both the url to https://anshalanish.com
After the change, I couldn’t access my website, neither can I go the the admin panel
How can I fix the website???
