I cannot update wordpress

I work in WordPress with Elementor. When I open a page, make changes, the update button is not clickable. There is also a message: This is only a draft. Do what you want and when you’re done click update. But it is not possible to click on update. All the time, the hourglasss on the admin part of the page, on the left, keeps running. What is wrong, what can I do?
