    Hi All,

Do you have some issues about updating definitions? It says:

Failed. Reason: Please register to get updated definitions.

I use this plugin for a long time. Looks like it needs to be get registered but how?

Hi, Thanks for light speed answer. I don’t think I registered this plugin. I install more than 2 years ago via official way and I do not frequently login admin console. I have another website and I will check this plugin from there too. Let me know how can I register? I couldn’t see any link. I use this plugin as a free user.

My other website updated successfully. It seems like I changed my site admin email recently. Maybe that’s why updates doesn’t work. I am pretty make sure I changed my admin email recently. (domain changed also)

I fixed the issue with following steps:

First I want to explain what cause this issue:
Recently I changed my website domain from X to Y. I use find and replace plugin and replace my new admin address from whole db. [email protected] to [email protected]. But while I install your plugin first time it was registered for [email protected]. For this reason I couldn’t get definition updates.

    Solution:
I figured out your plugin stores all options at PREFIX_options table. I found settings at option name WPMR.

I found my new email there. I changed back to old email [email protected] Volia I start receiving updates.

hello i cant update the definition

cURL error 7: Failed to connect to wp-malware-removal.com port 443: Connection refused

    thanx
