I cannot update any thing…

    Hi I just posted request for advise about 45-50 minutes ago and unfortunately no one responded .
    I am desperate ,I cannot update nothing.. Pad is stock in view mode and i cannot switch to HTML mode
    If there is no repairer for this situation do any one knows how to reinstall word press without loosing data?
    I am kind of deparate…
    Please advise…

  • you can reinstall WP without losing anything.

    Download a fresh copy, and reupload the wp-admin and wp-includes folders (NOT wp-content) to your server by ftp or file manager if your host has one.

    How long has your WP been going? like is it new? Has it ever worked properly? Did you do anything recently? new theme, plugin, etc? And changes to any settings at all?

    you can switch to default theme, and deactivate plugins by ftp as well, if you aren’t able to do it via admin panel….to test if any of those are the problems

    I fix the problem
    We had so viral issue going on on the server and I think tha had case the issue.
    I did reinstall admin and it fixed the problem
