I cannot set up this plugin.

  • Hello. When I push the button Setup Chat Plugin, I can’t see the facebook page I want, I see some other I have but not this one.

    When I look into my page setting, on advanced messaging under the Handover Protocol the is nothing, I can’t see a space for whitelisting the domain. Could you help me?

    Not sure if this helps, but I know that if you follow these steps, you can add URLs…

    Hi @eiffeatuoil,

    The setup process will allow you to choose from Pages on which you have an admin role. Please ensure you – or the FB user performing the setup – have an admin role on the Page you wish to add.

    Also, ensure that the Page is:
    a) Published
    b) does not have any restrictions applied, such as age or location gating

    You can check these configurations in the Page’s settings.

    hey thank yo both but nothing helped and us i mentioned in the setup proccess i can see other pages but not that one.

    Hi @eiffeatuoil,

    Can I ask you to go to facebook.com, and then click on “Pages” in the options menu, and see if you can find the Page you’re looking for in the list with the heading “Your Pages”?
