I cannot see my popup displayed

Thank you for your topic.

For further investigation of your case, we would like to ask you to provide us with the following information.

1. Send us a link, where the given popup is located.
2. Which Popup version and PHP version you are currently using.
3. Please, send us screenshots of the following tab: General, Settings and Limitation tabs.
4. Also, please let us know whether you are using a cache plugin, if yes clear the caches and make sure the cache is excluded on the page where the given popup is enabled.

Note that the Popup Box plugin also has the Show popup only for author, that is if the admin is logged-out, they will not be able to see the popup.
