I cannot save my settings

Good Evening,
Whenever I attempt to change any of the settings (File Manager > Settings) via the dashboard, I receive the following error message “Sorry, this request cannot be completed contact admin“. I cannot change any of the settings as they do not save.
I’ve included an image within the link below.
* I am using version 20.0
* I have attempted to make the change on a different device (Clearing cache etc)
