I cannot run cron successfully. (cPanel)

I’ve tried everything, it always returns this error when running cronjobs in cpanel:

Do you know how I can run a cron via URL from cPanel?
the command I was using was this:
/usr/bin/curl --user-agent cPanel-Cron https://site.com?swcfpc=1&swcfpc-preloader=1&swcfpc-sec-key=JnsnPbC01yFQGuAMWrKV
