I cannot remove unrelated link from the header of my simplism theme

Hello,

I found a really nice theme called simplism for my site. The problem is that it has a link hard coded into the top of the header linking to a website offering cures for Genital warts!
I have tried looking at the header, functions and index.php and can not find the div related to this link. The link is housed in a div called “wraps” but i have looked in all the files i could think but this div is not present. I can find “wrap” but that is the content wrapper for index pages.

I thought it might be encrypted in either header, functions or index.php but i cant see any encryption in these pages.
