I cannot remove my theme mobile menu

Hi. I am using Astra 3.02 theme and your system cannot detect the theme’s mobile menu in order to remove it. I also use a PWA plugin to create a progressive web app for my site. However, I tried deactivating it with no success. Finally, I tried deactivating all plugins, leaving only your plugin and the Astra theme active. Still no luck. Please help!
