I cannot remove it properly

  • I am trying to set new configurations to the plugin but, it did not work properly.
    I tried to remove it from my wordpress but it continues to work, like it is installed, but I removed it.

    There are two potential reasons:

    1. site is using caching and it serves a cached version, with the banner
    2. Cookie Compliance could be integrated manually, without a plugin, so if you’ve removed the plugin you have to remove the CC script from the theme file

    I have the same problem. It was not integrated manually and I have deactivated and deleted the plugin. My site is not using caching
