    Thanks for your nice plugin.

This trouble is maybe caused by my act.

    I run a multisite WordPress.
Last week, I installed the plugin and uninstalled it for some reason. At the time, I found the plugin tables of child sites remained on the database. So I manually dropped the tables.

Today, I re-installed the plugin, but I couldn’t re-install the plugin properly. About the parent site the plugin works well. About the child site it doesn’t work and I found the plugin tables of child site were not created. I think my last manual deletion was not good.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi,

Please make sure that you have no tables from previous installations of Mail Bank.

It should have deleted it automatically, until you have chosen an option of not deleting it from the Mail Bank Settings.

Any how, please make sure they are gone, and search in wp_options table in the column options_key for “mail-bank-version-number”. Find and delete this option.

Uninstall the plugin completely and re-install it again, and I am sure, you will have a properly working copy of Mail Bank installed at your end then.

    Thanks

    Hi Varun (@contact-banker).

It should have deleted it automatically, until you have chosen an option of not deleting it from the Mail Bank Settings.

Really? But I had the experience I wrote.

Anyway, I found “mail-bank-version-number” on each child site and the parent site didn’t have “mail-bank-version-number”. After deleting the option and re-installing the plugin it works very well.

Thank you so much for your nice plugin and help.
