    Do you have the latest versions of Captcha and Contact Form installed? After which actions of yours did these problems occur?

    Hello, I have the same problem with Captcha after updating up 4.0.4
    Have you any ideas? System status I have sent you already.

    Unfortunately, we could not recall this problem locally.

    1) Please, make sure that you are the administrator.
    2) Do you use multisiting? If yes: if you activate the plugin as network, the access to the settings page is permitted from every subsite and is not permitted from the multisite admin panel.
    3) It is possible that you have a peculiar plugin installed that affects the rights. Please, try to deactivate all the plugins one by one and check if the problem still remains.

    In case this not solve the problem, try installing previous versions and check, after which update the settings stop working. Then please contact us.
