What is your websites URL? Is there a page at /wp-admin/ or is it a “page not found” page?

As for the whole ticket idea… That’s what you get when using free open-source software. For something that offers commercial support services like that, you will have to pay the commercial price for the software. ??

all of this is a lot of ping pong racket and balls trying to figure out,
and spend a lot of time trying to fix the problem , what of waste of time.

There is something that’s not set up right. without access to the site, it’s hard to say what, but you don’t jsut get a 404 error page for no reason. considering that there’s some big issues with your theme not loading as well. My biggest suggestion would be to do a backup of where you are now, then wipe the lot out and start again. This will get rid of any issues that you have, and let you start fresh to see just where anything comes in in the future.

Well, it is a free system, supported by volunteers. If you want a ticket support system, there’s a lot of good commercial CMS systems that you can use easily. It’s up to you ot decide of the trade-off between support and cost is worth it for your requirements.
