I cannot log in as admin or access password protected pages

Hi, After I enabled the jetpack plugin and activated its mobile theme, the admin login screen at my WordPress site (hosted at GoDaddy) keeps returning indefinitely blank credential fields after introduction correct credentials. If I try to reset password it gives a Captcha engine error. Password protected pages on the public site cannot be accessed too. Currently, I can access my site only through ftp. Disabling jetpack through ftp (by renaming its folder in wp-content/plugins/) doesn’t change anything. Therefore, jetpack may not be the issue, but rather a coincidence. I noticed that at the GoDaddy hosting account there is no WordPress app activated. Should I? Our website is at: musaelab.ca. Any idea how to fix this please? Thanks!
