    Hello,

I have the following set-up: WP 4.6.1, NextGen 2.1.50, WPML 2.6.3. I have 2 languages on the website: en, ro (default). I have simple pages containing a NextGen gallery.

The Romanian version for the gallery works fine, but the English version is 404 – not found.

I tried inserting a link to it using the Appearance -> Menus editor (both custom link and link to page). Once I save the new entry (the link to my gallery page) instead of the page slug it’s rewritten to a NextGen slug (/galleries/[gallery-name]/?lang=en) and this URL is not resolved.

    Please help

@danjipa – There appears to be a conflict with the latest version(s) of WPML that we are not able to find a solution for at this time. We are reviewing the problem but do not have a timeline when they will be addressed.

You might also consider contacting the WPML support team on this matter as well.

    Thanks!

Is it possible to link to another page of my website via each image of the gallery? More specifically I have a gallery of 9 images and would like each one to link to a different landing page within the WP site. Is that possible?

Although in short, no; but, you may be able to leverage the gallery “Link to page” option and create nine galleries each of a single image and then insert those galleries in an album and insert the album. As long as the pages are all within your WordPress pages list that may work.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.
