I cannot insert a gallery!

    This is the same issue as a previous request but that person had bought the premium version so you would not show the fix.

    When I click on the insert gallery icon on my page, the “form” is shifted left on the screen so that I cannot see the whole thing and there is no “insert” button. So I have been completely stuck for three hours!

    Please help if you can.

    Hi,

    Could you please make sure that you use the latest version of the Photo Gallery Plugin?

    If no, please update it to the latest version (1.4.15) and check if the problem solves.

    If it does not help, please note that it may be a conflict with one of your Plugins, please deactivate other Plugins one by one and see if it works properly. If there is not an issue, please activate other plugins one by one, and see which causes the problem.

    Thank you, you are correct!

    There is a conflict with a plugin called WP1 Slider. I had hoped that it would be compatible with other WordPress Plugins…

    Do you have any suggestions for me regarding this? I will deactivate it whilst I am creating galleries but it is a real pain!
