I cannot get rid of VIPER theme

I originally set my site to the Viper theme. after initially loading images text and posts. I decided to change some things. At that point I could change everything in word press, but it would not show up on the site. I decided to change the theme altogether and it wouldn’t do it. I went into my files and deleted every VIPER file and it still wouldn’t go away.
