I cannot get reflection to work

  • I copied the example code for [reflection] and [outup] but neither work on my site

    Can anybody help me with this?

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet Anti-spam, Classic Editor, Classic Widgets, Flamingo, Wordfence Security, WP Mail SMTP and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
