I cannot enter in courses section

  • We have installed your plugin but are experiencing an issue: when we go to: “LearnPress” -> “cursos”, we are experiencing this error:

    Service Unavailable

    The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

    We contacted server support and they said that the plugin is consuming much RAM (4GB+) and then the process is ending. Then we are served the 503 error. Please assist in a resolution.

    Hi,

    Please try to disable each plugin on your site, and enable debug mode of WordPress to check. If have the error in the file debug, let’s send it for us to our developer to check it.
