    Hi there,

    I imported an average of 60 products from a website that I had for this one, however, some products came duplicated, to be more exact, 59 products. When trying to delete these duplicate items in the Products menu, I realized that they are not in the list, but in the product count they are there.

    Can you help me?

    Hi @rodrigojalves – Sometimes, “zombie products” can happen (just like you described) when importing products without a 1 in the Published column of the imported CSV.

    If you did not use a 1, please try to re-import and “update” the existing products, adding a 1 in the Published column and see if that makes them visible.
