I cannot create a labels in bulk

Thank you for the fast response. A message is generated for each order with the order name:

Order #35680: Could not create label – The specified service is not known. There are no files to merge.

@flamelily86 Can you send the logs file ( WooCommerce > Status > logs ) to our email “dhlsupport [at] progressusmarketing.com” so I can check why.

Hi @flamelily86 , I tried to reach you out via email, but “Mail Delivery Failed” for some reason.

I’m trying to ask if this issue happen with all orders or its for an order ? it seems the plugin works fine and maybe its a specific issue for the order i found in the log, can you provide a screen shot for the Notices that appears after clicking the “Create labels” action ?

Sorry that you could not reach me, I have noticed that gmail addresses have been having issues.

This issue happens with all the orders. I have enclosed a screenshot of the message that appears when I try to print in bulk.

Thanks for your reply :). I will work on creating the staging site and let you know as soon as I am done with it. I will work as fast as possible.

Would it work if I used my Manage WP to clone the page?

Because we are a very small start-up we do not have the expertise or the finances to commission someone to create a staging site and so we are asking kindly if there are other possibilities to work on the plugin without having a staging site.
