I cannot create a label

  • When I try to create a label for a specific order I get the following message:

    Please, provide a participation number for the shipping method in the DHL shipping settings

    I have tried everything including placing the street name and street number in separate fields and also checking and confirming that the participation numbers are correct, which they are, but it’s just not working when it comes to that one order.

    Can you check the plugin settings :

    WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > DHL Paket > DHL Products and Participation Number

    For DHL Paket, the participation number is 01 and for DHL Paket International, the participation number is 01.

    Try to save the settings and make sure you choose the right product when you create the label

    if the message still appear, send your staging website creds to out email “dhlsupport [at] progressusmarketing.com” so we can check it.

    Thank you for your reply, I am still experiencing the same issue over again, in the last message you wrote that I should send my “staging website creds” to dhlsupport [at] progressusmarketing.com. What exactly are?“staging website creds” and where do I get them??
