I cannot change prices in product variations

That sounds odd. The plugin does not have any code to block those fields.

I’ve just test this case and it works fine on our end.

Can you please confirm that the issue is going away when you disable the plugin?

When I disable it, the problem is solved. When I enable it, it comes back.
I think there may be an incompatibility with another plugin, but in a store that already has thousands of visits a day, it is difficult to deactivate all the plugins and go one by one checking which one is not compatible.
Any ideas on what other solution to try?

Unfortunately, I cannot point to any specific errors that may be related to the issue.

The best way left to find the problem is to deactivate plugins one by one until you find the “guilty” one.
