I cannot access media menu/page

Hey

I wanted to create this topic at rtmedia community but as a new user, I was badly restricted so I decided to create it here. Please do respond to it.

Issues

clicking on media menu and or media uploaded for editing on group or profile page directs to a distorted page without a good result as can be seen on the image bellow.

I tried to resolve this following the tutorial on this page, [BuddyPress Theme Media Tab][1]

I tried another tutorial from the documentation here [rt documentation][1]

[1]: https://docs.rtcamp.com/rtmedia/developers/themes/templating-system.html but it requires some modification. Please I don’t know what to modify and how to modify it as i am not good in coding at all.

Please how can I get rid of this issue? Am using WPLMS Theme, by VibeTheme
