I can use this plugin only for products page in WooCommerce

  • Hi,
    I would like to show the chat only in the product pages on WooCommerce, each product page is created from a template available at /woocommerce/templates/single-product. Is possible to add a shortcode on this template in order of the chat to be showed only on these pages?
    Or there be other way to have this result?

    Depending on what WP-Chatbot version you have installed, there might be an option to Hide on the page where you need to list all page ids where you want to hide it.
    This option is located under Customize tab. Page ids should be taken from the URLs, open Pages -> All Pages -> choose the required page and take id from the URL.

    But a better and more flexible option is to use https://app.mobilemonkey.com/
    Then Open Chatbot -> Chat Starters -> Website Chat
    And simply paste URL where to show or where to hide the chat widget.
