I can see the web from a PC, but not from a smartphone.

I tested on an iPhone, an Android cellphone and an Android emultator for a tablet. I am able to see your galleries working fine.

Could you please let me know what device and android version are you using? Also post a link to a gallery that is not working so I can check the same one.

I just entered from iOS 16.4.1 and now they can be seen, except: https://estherramos.com/prensa/
For days it has been giving the same error, on the other tabs.

I’m afraid we couldn’t replicate the issue on IOS 16.4.1 visiting the gallery page you’ve mentioned.

You may want to enable WP Debug and the logs to catch the errors in case that they aren’t consistently replicable. Perhaps that’s due to the server randomly running out of hardware resources ( RAM or CPU ). You may want to additionally consult the hosting provider to check the server loading logs.

We don’t have any other similar reports either so that’s why we’d assume its something local happening due to either a server configuration or a conflict of some sort that we are not aware of. We suggest you enable define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true ); to check if it’ll catch any errors and test for a plugin conflict by temporarily deactivating the site’s plugins excepting NextGen Gallery to see if that’ll change anything.
