I can see shop, but others get "No articles in Shop. Please rebuild cache"

I have a problem with WP Spreadshirt. The thing is that the shop works perfectly fine for me, but other people get “No articles in Shop. Please rebuild cache”. Ive tried rebuilding the cache multiple times, and Ive checked the settings.
