I can not work with disk1

    Hello.
    I have such a problem, in May an additional hdd is installed on the server for storing files that are supposed to be saved via the WP-DownloadManager plugin. When I’m in the settings in the plugin in the Download Options-> Download Path: I specify the path / disk1 then the plugin can not save the files that I download via the WP-DownloadManager plugin in the / disk1 directory.
    And if you specify in the settings Download Options-> Download Path: the path is standard /var/www/site/data/www/mySite.com/wp-content/files, then everything works fine!
    What should I do to make the WP-DownloadManager plugin start saving files in the / disk1 folder?

    This has nothing to do with the plugin. It depends how your serve admin mount the disk and whether it is writable by Apache/Ngnix. Pleas contact your server admin. On the plugin side, it just needs a path.

    I have my own VDS Server. I can not solve this problem for 2 weeks. I attach screenshots too! Please, please, I sort of give the rights to write Apache for the /disk1/ folder. But vseravno WP-DownloadManager plugin can not work with the folder /disk1/ !! in ISP manage what exactly do I need to change? Help please, I will be very happy !!

    Try /disk1 I notice there is a space. If it does not work, there is nothing much I can do because it is definitely something to do with the mounting or permissions. You probably have to step through the plugin code to see where it is failing https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-downloadmanager/blob/master/download-add.php#L34
