I can not upload the files from my PC, why?

    I can not upload the files from my PC, and the error is:

    “über Deutsch.pdf” has failed to upload due to an error
    Unable to create directory /homepages/0/d434427627/htdocs/app434427654/files for from PC/2012/12. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    Who can help me to reset it? where and how?
