I can not translate and change plugin fields.

    I’m having a hard time with the WP Job Manager plugin. I’m testing it to see if it will be useful to what I need, then I’ll buy the pro version.

    Article to the change the WP Job Manager “to the change” the search in the “WP Job Manager” map. As can be seen, it is in English and is using the Robolist Lite theme. (print: https://imgur.com/a/O3S11kk)
    What I already did: – I was able to find the file to translate the words into Portuguese in the file “robolist-lite.pot” but it did not work too (print: https://imgur.com/a/hLpIObO)

    And also in the page https://156dopovo.sjc.br/adicionar-reclamacao-sugestao-elogio/ in a similar way, I am trying to change the fields of the form, both one and outside but forced to remove it, they are:

    “Sign in If you do not have an account, create one below by entering your email address / username. Your account details will be confirmed by email.” <translate>

    “Listing title” <translate>

    “Location (optional)” <translate>

    “Price” <remove this field>

    “Phone” <is required, but wanted to leave it as ‘optional’>

    “Contact Email / URL” <remover>

    What I’ve already tried:
    – Cpanel files are no longer managed, trying to find the elements to change them;
    – There is no editor of theme code in “Appearance” and there is also no editor in “Plugins” of the panel of WordPress;
    – Search the codes of all theme and plugin files. I can not find anything.
    – I’ve already used the browser’s “inspect” and “View source” options and even found a non-meeting class where it is.

    When you switch your site language to Portuguese, WordPress should download the right language for you. You can do smaller-scale translations using the guidance in the documentation above.

    I already translated before your response and thank you for your attention. But … taking advantage of this opportunity, now I have another problem that maybe you can indicate here how I can solve:

    I have created “test” users as well as “listing test” and in the listings panel “job_dashboard” no user can edit their listing (job), even if connected to the site.
    I already installed and configured and changed the rules of the users that I determined (employers) and enabled all options for this and nothing worked.

    Any tips on what I can do to resolve?

    You need to access the listing creation page https://156dopovo.sjc.br/adicionar-reclamacao-sugestao-elogio/ and create a publication (listing) with username and password to see the problem. As soon as you can, try clicking “edit” or “delete” or “duplicate.” You will see that nothing works.

    In order for you to understand better, I’m using the WP Job Manager plugin as a “creator of complaints” in the design of this site that will be something to charge the positioning of the politicians of my city of the problems that exist in it. But overall, it works the same way as a publications site.

    After much research on the plugin’s codes, I was able to find the resolution of the problem. For anyone who has the same problem as me, maybe this will help.

    To enable editing of listings, go to the path: “Plugins> Editor> WP Job Manager> Includes> class-wp-job-manager-install.php” and look for the “Employer”, “wp-job-manager” option and “true” in the options you want to release for editing.
