I can not see my post

hi guys!
It is my second week without a solution.
Last week I could not upload pictures and post. Now I can upload them, my problem was about the permissions.(2.5.1 was 755, so I putted to 777 and it started working).
Now my old problem:
After I finished editing the page (picture with + txt) when I press “publish” it does not happen anything. No post. Sometimes it goes to the draft and if try to open it from the draft it has deleted everything from the post-draft. I can not post. That’s my second week.
I have tried a lot of things from this forum. can somebody help me, please.
