I can not see a Form

I have another problem. Submit button doesn′t work and I don′t know why.

Regarding the first issue of posting your form twice, unfortunately you cannot publish the same form on the same page twice. However, the feature you wish to have would be a great addition. So could you please add your suggestion to our Submit Your Idea page? Our development team will consider working on this for further updates.

To solve the issue with submitting the form, please try to follow 2 steps:

1. Navigate to Form Maker >>> Options and enable Ajax Submit option, see the screenshot. It should fix the issue. If not then please try option 2.
2. If you have any caching or optimizing plugins, please exclude the form page from being cached/optimized, then clear website cookies and cache and check again.

I could fix submitting problem with your help and thanks for your explanations about posting twice at the same url. I solve it with a duplicate form.
