I can not install plugin updates and files from PC to text

For a week I can not install plug-in updates. WP writes: “An error occurred: The download failed.” Could not write the request to a temporary file “.
Also I can not add files from my PC to my articles. WP writes: “Error could not write file to disk”.
Previously, this has never happened. Tell me, please, what this means and what to do.

Уже неделю не могу установить обновления плагинов. WP пишет: “произошла ошибка: Загрузка не удалась. Не удалось записать запрос во временный файл”.
Так же не могу добавить файлы с ПК в свои статьи. WP пишет: “Ошибка не удалось записать файл на диск”.
Раньше такого никогда не было. Подскажите, пожалуйста, что это значит и что делать.
