Hello. I bought a plug-in, pre- register on your site . Who lit the notice of the possibility of an update to a newer version . I pass the site and insert your data – does not go . I enumerate all the possible options – either. The most interesting thing : trying to recover the password by email – says there is no such account ! Very interesting. Please Understand the situation.

Plugin bought at exactly 0:00 09/09/2015 – I can send an account statement .
