I can not get into my control panel

I can try to entry in my control panel and cann’t.

I make my web with wprdpreess with xampp in a virtual server.

After I upload my web, and change the rute of direction domain. I put https://www.lococircodelavida.info instead of localhost in ajustamentes of contro panel of 1&1.

Now I try to entry in: https://www.lococircodelavida.info/wp-admin and don’t let me. When I write this it go to this place:

https://www.lococircodelavida.info/wp-admin/www.lococircodelavida.info/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.lococircodelavida.info%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

What can I do??
