    Hello everyone,
I’m using a managed wordpress hosting (From Godaddy), I used to edit my website almost two weeks after the activation of site. But then , I encountered my site with some errors. While I tried to update my contents, each time it shows “Updating Failed You are probably offline” or it will result in a blank white page.

Believe me guys, Already tried all those suggested procedures for troubleshooting (Deactivated all my plugins, changed the theme, reset permalink, enabled debugging mode..etc..etc),

At last I just completely reset entire site into it’s initial condition to start from the scratch. Currently there exist nothing on my site & it is like a Newborn baby. Unfortunately the issue still persist, and this time when I click on “Update” button it just revolves for a long time and nothing else.!

So Can you guys please help me on this, I already contacted my hosting provider & As they said there is nothing they can do for me &no technical issues exist with the hosting,

What did I missed to check ..? Please raise me some hotspots.!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • If all of your plugins are deactivated and the theme is one of the default ones then I think the issue is something at the platform or server level.

If you can enable debugging on your server, you should be able to see what, if any, errors are occurring. Just be sure to disable it afterward.

One thing to consider is that many Managed Hosts have Must Use plugins that are required on their platform. There is the possibility that one of these ( if there are any in use ) may be causing a conflict.

I would try to access your error logs and the output of wp-content/debug.log and send any errors you find to your host.

You probably should call Godaddy. They might be able to help you quickest.

You can try to change the wordpress theme. If that does not work, then disable all the plugins and then try again.

    Thanks!
