I can not delete a review

    Hello team,

    I have a review in a product page but is not possible delete it. I am checking the comments page in my admin area but the review is not there….

    I can add new reviews and manage in the comments area but one of them is not possible.

    How can I delete it? The worst is that is a test review…

    Same here. Customer made a bad review, I replied with a fix to the issue. Customer deleted the review, but it still shows my reply and the review still effects to overall rating. I cannot delete this reply at all. Please help.

    The reviews have to be managed in the reviews page, as you can see in this image, but not in the comments pages, maybe the problem is that your test reviews are still in the reviews tab.
    Could you check it and let us know any news?

    Hello, my review page in the admin area it is empty and now the stars still in the product.

    Is there any solution to remove the stars without review? Maybe through the database.

    Could you check if you have the same review save as a comment? Maybe for this reason you can see the starts in the product.
